With the suspension on your 2020 Grand Design Reflection 268BH you would have to weld in some spacers between your current hangers and your frame to get a lift. The Lippert Components Standard Axle Lift Kit you found is only for use on a single axle trailer. We would normally use the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit # RR23QX for a tandem axle trailer but the unique shape of your hangers makes this impossible to accomplish.

I do not recommend enlarging the holes to move the pin box up higher since it takes a lot of pressure and will most certainly move up when you hit a rough patch of road and end up pinching the trim. You would need to cut out the trim and walls around…

Bronze bushings like the #D014-077-00 do not require reaming when installing a shackle bolt into them. The splines in the bolt might make it a little tight but that is on purpose and does not require enlarging.
