Recommended Cargo Carrier for Mobility Scooter on a 2021 CR-V and 2011 Wrangler

Needing to put a mobile scooter carrier on our vehicles a 2021 Honda CRV Touring and a 2011 Jeep Sahara Wrangler and wondering about which carrier might be best which will still allow access to rear of vehicles while still allowing easy loading and unloading of scooter?

The best solution for your situation is the Flint Hill Goods 29" x 49" Carrier w/ 60" Ramp # FHG69ZR because the longer ramp makes loading easier and the aluminum construction helps to reduce the overall weight below what a comparable steel option would be, like part # FHG99ZR.
This carrier fits a standard 2" hitch receiver so it will fit the hitches on your CR-V and Wrangler as long as they have 2" receivers, but you'll need to relocate the spare tire on your Jeep and you won't be able to access the rear of the vehicles while the scooter is loaded. When the scooter isn't on the carrier you can move the ramp out of the way, but if you're thinking of using a swing-away adapter for easier access that unfortunately isn't safe for something as heavy as a mobility scooter.
