There are two options to add a rear hitch to your Grand Design Solitude. I have listed them below along with any installation videos we may have:
By far the easiest option is going to be the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver item # E-100. This hitch simple bolts onto your rear bumper so long as it is a 4" square channel bumper. I recommended checking to see if your bumper is reinforced and has a stated weight capacity before making this purchase. You will also want to check the owner's manuals of any accessories you'll be attaching to it. Some companies require there to be extra support and some of them say you can't mount their products in them.
The second option, that I highly recommend doing, is to use a universal hitch like the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs item # 13703 you were looking at. This hitch is a universal fit that works with trailers that have frame rails spaced between 22" and 72" apart. It has a 2" receiver tube opening with a 3,500 lbs towing capacity and 350 lbs maximum tongue weight.
The Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch item # 13703 can be welded or bolted onto your 5th wheel trailer. It will work with any accessory that is rated to be used behind a 5th wheel trailer. This is also the safest and most reliable option which is why I highly recommend going this route.
