2021 Ram 2500 Firestone Ride-Rite Air Bag Recommendation for a 3K In-Bed Camper
Question:
I have a 2021 Ram 2500 mega cab and I carry a 3000 pound cab over camper. The rocking side to side is almost out of control when speeds get above 60 mph .should I get 7500 or 5000 lb. Air springs

I recommend installing the 7.5K Ride-Rite Red Label Air Bag Kit # F2706 on your 2021 Ram 2500 as opposed to the standard 5K Ride-Rite # F2598.
You may not need to max out the higher capacity for carrying your camper, but by using the higher capacity system it means you won't be stressing out the air bags nearly as much, plus you have a higher ceiling for weight. Just keep in mind that these air bag kits are designed to support an OEM suspension and they don't actually increase the weight rating of your truck.
I also recommend picking up the Firestone Dual Air Command # F49VV because it gives you the ability to monitor and adjust the air bags individually while you're out on the road (or at the campsite) plus it comes with a 1-Gallon air tank and a hose so you can fill up tires or any other things you might have on your campsite that need air.
