How Many Drum Brakes Assemblies Can be Operated by Titan Zinc-Plated 7K Brake Actuator
Question:
I have a Hoosier trailer with dual axle drum brakes, I believe it needs a new brake actuator. Will this T43397007K work with 4 drums?

The Titan Zinc-Plated 7K Brake Actuator # T43397007K that you referenced can handle the four hydraulic drum brake assemblies on your tandem axle trailer.
This bolt-on actuator includes an electric reverse lockout solenoid (and a solenoid shield to protect it) as well as a built-in breakaway kit. It will fit 3-inch wide trailer tongues and has a multi-fit coupler to allow use with three sizes of hitch ball, 1-7/8-inch, 2-inch and 50 millimeter. I have included a review video to help illustrate its features.
Please note that you will need to supply your own installation hardware. You will need 1/2-inch by 4-inch grade 5 bolts, nuts, and lock washers. I suggest either zinc-plated or stainless steel hardware.
