Replacement For 5,000 lb 25-5/8 Inch Leaf Spring
Question:
I replaced my 4 leaf to your 6 leaf 26” c/c . Measuring my old spring I got 25 5/8 unloaded so I purchased the 26” loaded. My equalizer does not sit neutral when on flat ground… the shackles aren’t flipped.. did I purchase to long of a leaf spring?

Yes, you actually want to go with a leaf spring a bit shorter than what yours measure because they flatten out over time. So to replace your 25-5/8 inch leaf spring go with the 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 5,000-lb Trailer Axles - 25-1/4" Long # e44SR.
