The correct bearing kit for your 2021 Keystone Passport 267BHWE with Lippert 3.5K axles is the Hub Bearing Kit for Lippert, Dexter, and AL-KO Axles # BK2-100.

This kit includes 1 outer bearing, 1 inner bearing, 1 inner cup, 1 outer cup, 1 grease seal, 1 cotter pin, and 1 tang washer.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
