The hitch is a Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III 2inch for a 2023 RAV4. Will this part ...... Whether the Replacement Adapter Sleeve for Yakima # Y8890342 will work with your bike rack, depends on what Yakima rack you have. The Replacement Adapter Sleeve for Yakima # Y8890342 fits:

Yakima DoubleDown Ace: 8002450, 8002451, and 8002452
Yakima HighLite: Y02438, 8002436, Y02439, and Y02437
Yakima SingleSpeed: Y02481

It is hard to tell what rack you have from the shank alone. If you have one of the racks listed above, then the adapter will work. If not, let me know what rack you have and I can look more into this for you.
