D900 I am looking for a hitch that i can drop or rise. Pontoon in 2 inch and need a rise. Car trailer is 2 5/16 and need a drop. but dont want a lot of rattle

The Curt adjustable ball mount part # D900 can be used in the rise and drop position. It can do a drop of up to 5-3/4 inches and a rise of 4 inches. To eliminate rattle like you asked about the u-bolt style anti-rattle device part # e99007 would work great.
