I have a 2005 dodge 2500 towing a wildwood travel trailer of 10300 lbs. what distribution and sway bar do I need. Tongue weight is 805

The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is based off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup. This also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached an FAQ on determining tongue weight for you to check out.
If the 805 lbs of tongue weight that you listed is your loaded tongue weight then the Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution # RP66560 that you referenced would work well. Your setup would be on the lighter end of the range for this system though, so if your tongue weight was a little bit higher than 805 lbs then this system would still work very well.
