I have a solution for you but it won't be a custom fit option that is designed specifically for your Thor Gemini RV. The only sunscreen we offer is universal and it is the WeatherTech Roll Up SunShade Kit item # WT87QV. This comes in three separate pieces that measure 69" wide x 31" tall for the windshield and for the side pieces 27" wide x 28-1/16".

While not custom fit for your 2018 Freightliner M2 the WeatherTech Roll Up SunShade Kit #WT87QV that you referenced would fit as it's a universal fit setup designed to fit vehicles like yours.
