How to Get Replacement Mounting Hardware for a Curt Trailer Hitch

Where would I get replacement washers for the Curt # 13040 hitch? I can get high strength carriage bolts from lots of stores, but I dont see these square hole washers. Is it possible to get longer/wider ones? Mine didnt fully engage inside the 22 chevy express van support channels causing the washer to spin all the way around during torque step. I can epoxy extensions if you dont sell longer ones, but I do need replacements.

The square hole 1/2" washers you're referring too can be found in the replacement hardware kit # RHK. You'll just need to enter your hitch part number in the "Hitch Item Number" and we will send you an everything for an entire replacement kit, including the square washers.
