We have a way to install a 7-way on your 2013 Lincoln MKT but there isn't a way to tie into any factory wiring. What you'd need to start with a custom fit 4-way part # C56095 and then convert that to a 7-way with the part # ETBC7 which also comes with everything needed to wire up a brake controller as well.
Then for a brake controller the P2 # 90885 would work really well. If you can verify the brake controller wiring is active you can use some of the circuits there. Red wire of controller would run to wire that has brake light circuit, white to ground, black to 12 volt positive circuit and you'd be set.
