The Valterra Lockable Dual RV Water Inlets # A01-2000VP is very similar in size but without knowing the actual cutout hole dimensions it's not possible to know if you'll need to make modifications. This dual inlet box requires a 5-7/8" wide x 4-3/4" tall cutout hole.

Worst case scenario you would have to trim the cutout hole a bit larger to fit this new inlet box in place. You'll want to use butyl tape # AL28FJ on the mounting flange and non-sag sealant # 344270341437-1 around the outer edge to form a water-tight seal.

As for the connections you'll just unscrew the hose from the city water inlet off the old inlet and screw it back on to the new unit. The gravity fill inlet will just be a hose clamp that you can loosen and retighten once you're new inlet is in place.
