I have Curt T-Connector C56107 on my Toyota Highlander 2007. Unfortunately running stops working after several minutes, brakes and signals works fine.

Is this a brand-new installation, or has the T-Connector been installed for awhile?
As a first step, I would recommend trying a different trailer, if possible. This will help determine if the problem is in the trailer wiring or that of the vehicle.
If everything works fine with another trailer, then you have confirmed that the problem is in the trailer wiring. If the lights on the second trailer do the same thing, you have confirmed that the T-Connector is faulty and should be replaced. The T-Connector is covered by a 1 year warranty.
If the problem is in the trailer wiring, due to the symptoms you mentioned, it sounds like a loose connection in the running light circuit, which is typically a brown wire. Start at the connector on the trailer, check for corrosion or damage and clean/repair/replace as necessary. Trace the running light circuit back to the lamps at the rear of the trailer, looking for loose connections or bare or cracked spots in the wire insulation. Repair as needed.
