Will Roadmaster Even Brake Supplemental Braking Fit a 2000 Dodge Dakota

Will this model of brake work on my 2000 Dodge Dakota truck.

I checked with Roadmaster and they do not show any restrictions for the 2000 Dodge Dakota and the Even Brake, # RM-9400, so you can use it with your truck. You will want to consult the vehicle owners manual for specific information on flat towing the truck.
Most states do require a supplemental braking system when flat towing. The Even Brake is a proportional system that will apply the Dakota brakes in proportion to how much the tow vehicle is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles.
