The only bike rack that's going to be able to swing out of the way to open the rear doors and still have enough capacity for your 55lb e-bikes is the RockyMounts BackStage Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # RKY10002. This bike rack has a swing arm that will allow you to move the bikes over the the passenger side and open both rear doors with the bikes still in the rack. It has a 60lb per bike capacity and also includes integrated bike lock cables to prevent theft.
It doesn't have an easy load feature but has a very open frame that will allow you to easily lift one wheel up into a cradle and then roll it across to get both wheels in the cradle. This rack has wheel mount arms so if your bikes have fenders you will run into interference issues. I've attached a video below where AJ will walk you through all the features of this bike rack and show you it in use so that you can get a better idea if this is the correct solution for you.
