Recommended Replacement Roof Vents For A 1999 National Sea Breeze Class A Motorhome
Question:
I have a 1999 National Sea Breeze. Im looking to replace all 3 vents/ vent fans. One Vent fan near shower, one in the hallway, and the 3rd in the kitchen area. All are 14 X 14. Also, I need a replacement lock for the entry door. My cutout is 5 7/8 X 5 7/8. I was hoping to send photos however I did not see a link on your site to send them to. I appreciate and help you have to offer and hopefully youll have the parts I seek. Thank you,

For the vents there are quite a few options so it really just depends on what features you'd prefer to have. My personal favorites are the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-07500K and the MaxxFan Mini Plus Manual RV Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-03851 for when there isn't enough room on the roof for the curved lid of the Deluxe. Both of these vents have a lid that allows them to function during inclement weather and while driving, unlike most other roof vents. I've seen too many of the standard roof vent style lids easily get destroyed by a bit of wind to ever choose one of them myself.
Both of these vents will come with mounting screws, but you'll also need butyl tape # AL28FJ and self-leveling sealant # 34427034145-1 for a waterproof seal between the vent and roof. I typically use 1-1/2 to 2 tubes of sealant per vent. I've attached a couple of my installation videos below that I recommend you check out to see these vents in use and get all my installation tips.
As for the door lock, we unfortunately do not have a door lock that would fit that large of a cutout hole. I would see if there's any branding on it and try to contact the manufacturer directly so that you can get an exact replacement.
