Can you mount the bx88320 to the roadmaster baseplate arms, so I can connect it to a blue ox Avail tow bar?

No, you will not be able to bolt the Blue Ox Bolt-On Base Plate Bracket Kit # BX88230 to your existing Roadmaster base plate to then be able to use your Blue Ox tow bar.

Instead, you'd just need to use the Roadmaster Adapter Kit for Blue Ox Motorhome Mounted Tow Bars # RO64FR which will adapt your Blue Ox tow bar to work with your existing Roadmaster base plates.
