If the square bars were the Rhino Rack HD crossbars that have channels that along the top of them yes the Ladder Roller for Rhino-Rack Heavy-Duty Crossbars # RR1500 would work. If they are standard square bars like from Thule it would not work.

The Yakima Ladder Roller part #Y01163 will fit the top channels of TracRac TracOne ladder racks like you have.

Since the Thule Roof Rack Roller #TH39PF just mounts into the t-slots on the Thule ProBar you'll have no issues fitting it to your Thule TracRac since they have the same t-slot dimensions.

The ladder roller we offer that will fit the top channel of a Thule Xsporter is the Yakima part #Y01163 which is shorter than what you mentioned wanting but you could use two of these to get the length you need. The roller of this is 24 inches long.

I spoke to my contact at Rhino Rack and he informed me that the length of the roller on the Rhino Rack Ladder Roller #RR1500 that you referenced is 56-1/4 inches. Check out the picture I attached to see this measurement.

We have a Ladder Roller #RR1500 which is designed for ladder racks that use Crossbars that have C-channels. If your ladder rack is more like the Rack #BP69FR with round bars we do not have any options for that.
