In order to install the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98902 on a 2022 Mazda CX-5 you'll need the following:

- 3/4" Socket
- 19mm Socket
- Ratchet
- Tape
- Flathead Screwdriver
- Pliers
- Torque Wrench
- Pry Bar

The good news is that hitches like the #e98902 fit both the early and late model versions of the 2016 Mazda CX-5 so either way this will give you a mostly hidden 2 inch hitch with plenty of towing capacity.
