Does the Camco RV Power Defender Circuit Analyzer Dogbone Auto Reset
Question:
Does the 50amp resets by itself after a surge. The camper is on site for 3 months straight hooked up on shore power and we arent always there to reset,so we dont loose everything in refrigerator!

In regards to the Camco RV Power Defender Circuit Analyzer Dogbone part # CAM55313, the internal circuit board will shut down the flow of power if it senses a spike or other dangerous condition, and won't allow the power to flow again until the problem is corrected or the voltage drops down to a safe level. There is not a set amount of time the circuit will reset but rather when power levels are normal. It's auto resetting. That said, if there's an issue with the power source or the trailer then power won't be reapplied until the issue is fixed.
