The Scissor Stabilizer Jacks w/ Handle # TJSCHD-24-4 you referenced are a universal fit so you would be able to use them on your 2017 Forest River Sunseeker 3100SS. It's best to install these in each corner to help maximize their usefulness, but there tends to be quite a bit going on under a motorhome so you may have to play around until you find the best position for them that isn't going to allow them to be hit whenever you're driving around.
