The best ladder rack for your 2023 GMC Sierra that is compatible with a between the rails tonneau cover is going to be the TruXedo Elevate Truck Bed Rack System item # TX96NV. This ladder rack works with the BAK Revolver X2 and Revolver X4 tonneau covers. It attaches to your bed side with included rails that allow your uprights to slide along the length of your truck bed.

The telescoping uprights have a 500 lbs on road capacity and a 250 lbs off road capacity. This system is made in the USA.
