Wiring In The Roadmaster Diode Wiring Kit In A Jeep Grand Wagoneer
Question:
Ive run the wiring to the tail lights on the wagoneer but they turn off after a certain time. Is the a controller in the bcm that makes it so it looses ground? Is there a driver that has to be powered all the time?

Installing a Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154 in a Jeep Grand Wagoneer is going to require a bit different of an installation. Instead of the standard 4 diodes you'll need six instead so you can get additional diodes with part # RM-790.
To power up the tail light assemblies on the Jeep you'll need to plug into the motorhome and turn the headlights on in the motorhome in order to transfer power over. I've attached a wiring diagram below to help show you exactly how to wire in the RM-154 in your specific setup.
