To secure your 1"x6" deck boards to your aluminum trailer, I recommend using the 2-1/2" Long Torx Trailer Floor and Wall Liner Screw for ACQ Treated Wood # TFX250ACQ.
These screws are going to be able to be used on your aluminum trailer, will sit flush with the wood when screwed in, and measures 2-1/2" long with 21 TPI.
