How to Use Drill Adapter with Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch # DL14964

Quick question, I want to add the drill adapter for easier use but looking at the pictures I don't know how it would work. Doesn't seem like the fitting is the same. Am I missing something?

That's actually a really good question and you aren't missing anything.
To be able to add and use the Drill Drive Socket Adapter # DL6456 with the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch # DL14964, you'll also need to replace the stock handle with part # DL6454. This will give you the square hub so that everything matches up.
