This new one for the iPhone 7Plus continues in the excellent quality and design as their former cases. This new one has some VERY nice upgrades to the older Atmos x3. The buttons that cover the iPhone buttons are now metallic. Very nice feel. Fits perfectly. Other manufacturers say their cover is for the 7 Plus but in reality they're just reusing their 6Plus cover and calling it new. Those don't fit correctly. This new cover by Thule was clearly designed for the iPhone 7 Plus. I had the Thule Atmos x3 for my iPhone 6Plus and this is definitely a whole new design.
5 star customer service. I ended up returning this item and the customer service couldn’t have been any better. Melanie made the return process so simple, without any hassle. etrailer is totally focused on its customers first. While this specific transaction didn’t work out, I will definitely be shopping with etrailer in the future.
Great case, sturdy and lightweight.
Purchased this case for my wife who had been using an Otterbox Commuter. This is now her favorite, and we'll leave it at that.
