Lippert LC52ZR in sink 25x17. My camper has a rough opening of 24x16. Will this sink work since it will only have a 1/2 inch material around the opening?

Yes, the Better Bath RV Kitchen Sink # LC52ZR will work just fine as a replacement for your camper. This sink should be used on cut-outs that are approximately 1/2" to 5/8" smaller than the L x W of the sink, so the 1/2" of material you have will be sufficient enough.
