Ultimately you do not need a converter as you can wire the tail lights on your 2022 Ford F-150 to operate as brake and turn signals just like the lights on your motorhome. You will need to use the Roadmaster Universal Wiring Kit with Smart Diodes # RO44FR as your F-150 has variable voltage LED lights that can be damaged if these diodes are not used. The diodes lower the voltage to the lights from 12 volts to 9 volts, protecting the tail lights.
Your F-150 should also have a Battery Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25. Your F-150 will pull power from the battery while it is flat towed and unless you stop frequently and run your F-150 to recharge the battery it will die. The charge line ensures that the battery is maintained while being flat towed.
