The typical requirement for a wheel chock is that it's 1/4 of the total diameter of the wheel it's being used on. A 245/45R18 tire has an overall diameter of 26.7 inches so you would need a wheel chock that's at least roughly 6-1/2" tall. That being said, most wheel chocks on the market are about 6" tall, like the # etrailer Wheel Chocks # 288-02011-2, and would still be more than capable of preventing the trailer from rolling.

I've seen too many videos of people showing you how to break open locking wheel chocks like the Trimax Trailer Wheel Chock and Lock # TMX75FR you were looking at to ever really trust a boot-style lock over a trailer coupler lock.
