Question:

What is the difference between the Dexter Trailer Brakes - 23-105-106-09 kit with 23-105-09 and 23-105-09 vs what is installed on my trailer 23-105-00 and 23-106-00? 2x12 Drum Brake backers. Thanks

The only difference between the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # 23-105-106 and Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # 23-105-106-09 is fit. The former works on Dexter or Lippert axles with a five bolt bracket mounting flange whereas the latter works on Dexter or Lippert axles with a five bolt bracket mounting flange as well as AL-KO/Hayes axles with a four bolt bracket mounting flange. If you have a Dexter or Lippert axle with a five bolt bracket mounting flange you can use either though I do still recommend the former as it's more cost effective.
