Will Curt Trailer Hitch for 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Work to Provide Turning Clearence While Towing

To Whom it may Concern, Interested in the C45795 Extension. I currently have a Curt Class 3 #13152. Motorcycle weight 600lbs trailer weight 400lbs a bit less. trailer weight Stinger Trailer Single Have caused damage to bumper on sharp turns. Would this extension work with my needs, and give me the clearance needed on unexpected turns which are needed at times traveling long distances. interesting in buying. Thanks for your time in advance. Vehicle is a 2014 Hyundai SantaFe Sport 2.0

The Curt Hitch Extender for 2" Trailer Hitches part # C45795 provides a 14" extension when measuring from the center of the hitch pin hole on one side to the other. I can't say for sure if this will provide the turning clearance you need but if you take a few measurements that should give you your answer. That said, there are stipulations to using an adapter and that's reduced capacity. The adapter will reduce the capacity of the hitch/vehicle to 350 lbs tongue weight and 3,500 lbs gross trailer weight or 50% of the hitch's/vehicle's capacity, whichever is lower.
