Realistically if this was a matter of the 220v dryer hook up causing the fireplace to blow; you'd also see other appliances blown. More than likely this is an issue with either the power to your fireplace or the fireplace itself. But I have a few things you can try to find the issue.

First thing would be to ensure your breakers are on, sometimes when the breakers flip it isn't obvious. You should turn off all of your breakers and then turn them back on. After doing that, verify the outlet has power. If the outlet has power and the fireplace will still not work, it would be time to replace the fireplace. At the end of the day, a 220v dryer connection is still 110v. It just has two legs of 110v to equal 220v. So if that was the issues, you should be experiencing issues with other appliances/fixtures.

The Furrion RV Electric Fireplace # FF30SC15ABL you were looking at has overall dimensions of 29-15/16" wide x 17-3/4" tall x 6-1/4" deep. The opening for a wall cutout is 26-1/4" wide x 16-1/4" tall x 5" deep and for cabinet is 29-5/16" wide x 17-13/16" tall x 7-3/16" deep.

If you can let me know what size dimensions you need, I can recommend a compatible fireplace.
