Yes, those are all the same. This is an older obsolete tire size. The modern size equivalent of the 20.5 x 8-10 tire is 205/65-10. The Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10" Galvanized Wheel item # AM3H340 you were looking at would be a great replacement if your hubs have a 4 on 4 lug pattern.

If you are just looking for the tire you will want the Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire - 205/65-10 - Load Range B item # AM1HP50.

Safety chains are not required to be used with the Curt CrossWing Lightweight Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter item #C32DR. The chain connectors will not be in the way the bed protector supports will mount over the sockets.
