Recommended Roof Rack for a 2021 Chevy Tahoe w/ Flush Mount Rails
Question:
Im looking for a roof platform system for gear / roof top tent on my 2021 Tahoe Z71 with the factory flush mount rails no crossbars installed. Id prefer to keep it as simple as possible and skip the crossbars. I came across the Rhino Rack Pioneer universal racks - is there a way to mount it directly to the flush rails without crossbars? Thank you.

I checked with Rhino Rack and there is no way to attach the Rhino-Rack Universal Pioneer Platform Rack item # RR42115BF directly to your flush rails. You will need to add a set of crossbars using the roof rack by Thule which includes the following parts:
Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 60" Long - Qty 2 item # TH711520
Evo Flush Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars - Flush Side Rails - Qty 4 item # TH710601
Fit Kit for Thule Evo Flush Rail and Edge Flush Rail Roof Rack Feet - 6117 item # TH95JW
This system has a 165 lbs capacity. It can be secured to your roof using the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders item # TH450400.
