Do I Have to Insert Both Pins to Use the B&W Tow and Stow 2 Inch Adjustable Ball Mount?
Question:
On the BW tow and stow can I the hitch all the way to the bottom last hole where one pin, the top pin, is going through the hitch and the bottom pin is underneath. I’m not talking about the 2 adjustments on the shank. I’ll try and include a picture. Thank you for your help!

Thanks for the picture! The B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount item # BWTS10049B requires both pins to be inserted in the adjustment slots. Without both pins you won't have enough support for the ball mount to function correctly.
It sounds like you are needing some extra drop. The B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount item # BWTS10043B will give you 9" of drop over the item # BWTS10049B 7".
