Can the head from a Companion hitch for a 2022 F250 be used with this base 2023 GMC 3500?

Yes, since the Companion hitch heads from B and W are all the same you could take the head you have now and install it on the Companion base part # BWRVB3710 that fits your 2023 GMC Sierra 3500.

You can use the B and W Companion base part #BWRVB3710 to transfer the head of your current Companion hitch to fit he OEM pucks of your 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 when you get it.
