Yes, the Hopkins Multi-Tow 7-Way Blade and 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector # HM11141144 can be installed on your 2019 Toyota Tacoma. As in the video which I have linked below he splices the new connector in place of a 4-way like the Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56349. If you do not have any trailer wiring I recommend installing the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness # 22117 and replacing the end with the Connector # HM40975. This will give you the same end connector along with the wiring needed to get the 7-way functioning and wiring for a Brake Controller # 90195.
If you already have a 4-way, you can slice in the Connector as they did in the video. The Wiring Kit # 5506 will then allow you to wire in the charge line and Brake Controller # 90195.
