Is TruRyde Electric Trailer Brake Kit For 3,500 lb Axles Correct For 2017 Winnebago Minnie 2500RL
Question:
TruRyde Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10inch - Left and Right Hand - 3,500 lbs Item # TRU36FR I am looking at changing out the brakes this year on my trailer. I just needed to make sure that these are going to be a direct replacement for my unit. A 2017 Winnebago Minnie 2500RL I originally was thinking just pads but how would I know if magnet needs to be done too? Trailer gets around 5000 miles per year Thanks

You do have the correct electric brakes for your 2017 Winnebago Minnie 2500RL with the TruRyde Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left and Right Hand - 3,500 lbs # TRU36FR.
The magnet would be an issue if you see their windings beginning to show through the friction surface of the magnet, but in general if the brakes are still functioning then the magnet is fine. The # TRU36FR come with magnets so you wouldn't have to replace those separately; the only other thing you need is the Mounting Bolts and Hardware for 10" Brake Assemblies # BRKH10A.
