Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver For a 2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid

Hi Do you have a hitch for a 2018 RAV 4 - Hybrid? I was told that it can’t be installed…. Thanks

Yes, we do have a few options for your 2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid of which I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13406. This receiver has a concealed cross tube providing for a clean factory appearance. You do get a class III, 2" receiver which will allow you to use a wide range of ball mounts and hitch mounted accessories. Best of all the receiver is made in the USA and backed by a lifetime warranty. Do note there is an SE version of the Hybrid which the owners manual states Toyota does not recommend using for towing or carrying hitch mounted accessories. If unsure if you have this model you will want to reach out to your Toyota Dealer for more information.
The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118578 will provide you with a 4-way flat connector. This will allow you to connect to the tail lights of most small trailers you may tow, and will also allow for Auxiliary Lights # C53201. These auxiliary lights are needed on hitch mounted accessories which impair the view of your vehicles tail lights.
