Bike Rack Recommendation to Fit 2022 Ford Maverick with Tailgate Lowered

Is there a tray style hitch bike rack that will clear lowered tailgate on a Ford Maverick. Single bike preferred but not required. Thanks

For your application I recommend checking out the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 1 Bike # KU64FR. This is a platform style rack that secures bikes by the wheel and can accommodate up to 60 lbs bikes with a standard 3" wide tire.
I'm not sure if this is low enough for you to completely lower the tailgate on your Ford Maverick but I can say that when it's in the travel position from the center of the hitch pin hole to the top of the wheel tray measures 11-1/8" but that's reduced to 8-13/16" when the rack is tilted forward - please note that this is without a bike loaded up. You might also be able to lower your tailgate to that first position and still fit with the rack just fine, we just haven't had the opportunity to test this out yet.
