Troubleshooting A Lippert Ground Control 3.0 System That Keeps Erroring Out

Question:

I have the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 6pt leveling system. I moved my trailer and when I hitched up no problem. When I unhitched no problem. When I went to Auto level the system went up to grounding the jacks, then the message said Please wait, and then it went to Timed Out. Press Enter to Acknowledge. I pressed Enterinch and then pressed Auto Level again, and the same thing Timed Out Press Enter to Acknowledge. Tried one more time, same. So I figured to hit Manual Mode and level up using the individual jacks. Nothing. Message says 12.6v, Jacks up, Level front to back, side to side -2.4deg. Flashing red for Rightinch which is obvious the side that is too low. Tried to zero it out by pushing Frontinch and Rearinch 5 times each and nothing. All the jacks are all up and none will budge. I just bought a new touch pad from you about 2 years ago. The touch pad seems fine.

I've run into this issue quite a few times and have found the power to usually be the cause of the issues with the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC358590. This system requires 12.75v to properly operate. Have you tried using the using the system while connected to shore power? If you're only having this issue while going off just the battery then the power is most likely the cause.

Let me know what you find and we can keep troubleshooting if this isn't the cause of the issue.
