Troubleshooting A Roadmaster Even Brake Motorhome Monitor That Can't Be Reset
Question:
I received a new RM-9410 monitor from etrailer on Friday. Saturday, I hooked up everything as instructed. The Monitor, however, starts in Learning mode #1, and I can not reset it with the dim button or the arrow keys. I believe the new unit is defective as the old one would at least start in the Even Brake mode and I could change it to learning mode with the dim button.

I spoke with Roadmaster about your issue with your RoadMaster Even Brake Motor Home Monitor # RM-9410, and they mentioned that if you have already plugged it in an unplugged it and there's still an issue, then there is a fault circuit board issue and the whole unit would need to be replaced.
I know that's not ideal since you have just received the new monitor, however this is going to be the best solution for you.
