The only option for a gooseneck hitch on a cab and chassis like your 2020 Ford F-350 would be custom fabrication. The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1500 is designed for this type of application so that's what I recommend. None of the gooseneck hitch manufactures offer custom solutions for cab and chassis models.

You want the center of the fifth wheel jaws to be either totally centered over the rear axle of the truck or 1 to 2 inches forward. If you place the rails like that you'd be set.
