How can I get a replacement Allen/ hex key , I can’t find mine . Do you have a part number ?

In order to tighten the set screws on the Solid-Tow Adjustable 2-Ball Mount part # DTSTBM6825 you'll need a 5/16" security hex key. We don't offer these anymore but one of your local hardware or tool stores should have one. I've actually just drilled a small hole in a 5/16" hex key before if you're in a pinch.
