Can reese gen 3 k20 gooseneck hitch be used with a 20k 5th wheel? I assume no as it does not have any safety factor.

If you are absolutely sure the trailer would never weigh more than 20,000 lb then a 20k hitch would be adequate but if there's any chance the trailer would weigh more than that a higher rated hitch like the Reese M5 # RP30922 would be the option you'd want to go with as this is a 27k hitch

Hey David, from previous customers of ours who have the same 2020 Keystone Raptor 424 we have determined that your pin box style is the Lippert 1621 which means for a Gen-Y gooseneck adapter you'd want the #GY58GR that you referenced.
