Hi , I have a Grand Design 2019 reflection 337RLS fifth wheel and have a question about the above part number: 1- I read that one of your expert says that this is a replacement for Dexter part 072-099-01 26’’ long-6000 pound but would like to know if it will fit my fifth wheel as there is 35 ‘’ between axles..? 2- what would be the suyspension kit number to buy with this spring ?

The leaf spring part # e94SR that you referenced is a 6k trailer axle spring that is 26 inches from eye to eye so it will work in place of the Dexter you mentioned. If you used it with the hanger kit part # APT5 you'd have a wheelbase of 35 inches.
