Metal Valve Stems for TPMS on Lance 2375 Travel Trailer

Question:

I have a Lance 2375 travel trailer with aluminum wheels. It has Dexter 5,000 lb. torsion axles. I want to install my TPMS sensors on the valve stems but it has rubber valve stems and I want to replace them with metal valve stems. The counter bore diameter for the valve stem is .687 inch. I need short ones so the TPMS does not extend past the tire sidewall. Tire pressure max is 85 PSI. Please advise part number.

The only metal valve stems we have available are the Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem # AM20906. These fit the standard .453" and .625" holes on trailer wheels. More than likely you have a .625" hole in your wheels, I recommend double checking the measurement to be sure.

These measure 1-1/4" long which is also fairly standard, and can handle up to 200 psi. Without knowing what wheels or sensors you have it is hard to say how far out the TPMS will extend, but more than likely it will stick out further than you want no matter what valve stems you install.
