Comparing Air Bags, Timbrens, and SumoSprings for a 2021 GMC Sierra 3500 AT4

Question:

I have a 14000 lb conventional hitch travel trailer that I pull behind my 21 GMC Sierra 3500HD At4 every weekend during the summer. The trailer squats the rear of the truck a considerable amount to the point of the front wheel well measurement being about an inch above the rear. I know my truck is rated for the weight of the trailer but I was wondering if any suspension enhancements in the rear would help reduce sag, improve ride quality while trailering and also not reduce ride quality when not hooked up. I’ve seen good reviews on Timbren, SumoSprings and air bag systems but I am unsure which to choose.

The best suspension enhancement option for a 2021 GMC Sierra 3500 AT4 are air bags, the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2613 are what I recommend. The reason that these are best is because you can not only adjust them while loaded for the best mix between comfort/support but you can also deflate them when not in use for a factory ride. They also feature a bolt-on install.

The SumoSprings and Timbrens are still great cost effective options as well but they won't provide the level of support air bags do nor will they ride as good. There is also an affect on unloaded ride quality.
